Incident Report Description
A tree was cut down in the "hayat" of Sayat-Nova 5 (behind Brabion floral shop). The "hamadirutyun" said the municipality cut the tree because it was rotting; however, residents were upset and complained. Most didn't feel the tree needed to be cut down and could've been saved.
